Not sure which one you need?
That is the usual situation, and it is exactly why we run both trades. Describe the noise, the time of day you hear it and anything you have found, and we will name the likely species before dispatching anyone. Scratching at dawn is usually squirrels. Heavy dragging after dark is usually a raccoon. Fast movement inside a wall at night is usually rodents. A rustle at dusk with greasy staining outside is usually bats.
