Why it happens

Most of a flea population is not on your pet. Eggs, larvae and pupae sit in carpet fibres, upholstery seams and pet bedding, which is why treating the animal alone leaves you with a house that keeps reinfesting it.

The part people underestimate

Ticks carry Lyme disease and several other pathogens, and yard treatment matters as much as anything you do indoors.

How we handle it

  1. Tell us what you have

    Describe what you are seeing or hearing and when. In most cases we can name the species on the phone and give you an arrival window before the call ends.

  2. Inspection and flat price

    We find how they got in, how far it has spread and what damage there is, then quote one flat figure. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.

  3. Remove, seal, restore

    The problem is removed, every entry point is closed with mesh and flashing, and droppings, nesting material and odour are dealt with before we leave.

Common questions

What do I do about my pets during treatment?

Keep them out of the treated areas for the window we specify, usually a few hours until surfaces are dry. Coordinate with your vet on the animal's own flea treatment, because doing the house and the pet at the same time is what breaks the cycle.

Will one treatment clear them?

Flea pupae are effectively armoured and survive the first application, so a follow-up two weeks later is standard. Vacuum daily in between, which triggers the remaining pupae to hatch into the treated environment.

Do you treat the yard as well?

Yes. Shaded areas, under decking, along fence lines and anywhere pets rest are where fleas and ticks persist outdoors. In much of your state that outdoor reservoir is the reason indoor-only treatment fails.
